There never seems to be a right time to start to care for our mental health, and we are all great at putting on the face of “I got this”. You may be asking yourself, when is the time right? When do I really need to go see someone? If you are struggling with this answer, you may want to start now. The next question you ask yourself “WHO” do I go see? Find someone that you can mesh with, someone you are comfortable talking to. Now this will take a few visits, but it should not be forced. A therapist is there to help guide you in the right direction, empower your decisions, teach you different tools to use and help strengthen your communication.
As a therapist with experience working with a vast aria of clients from addiction, PTSD, domestic violence, military deployments and depression I have found it is important to stay focused on your personnel strengths as well as to make sure that both the client and the therapist are a good match for each other.
I am currently open for new clients and have expanded my services to online services. If you are interested in setting up a consolation or obtaining more information please contact me at 765-356-4753 or click the link below.
All About Therapy
According to the American Psychological Association, “Psychologists help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.” Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my patients develop life-changing habits to help them cope with all of life’s various obstacles. At Tamra Rigdon, my therapy sessions are designed to unravel painful issues and provide patients with effective tools to help them see the glass half full instead of half empty.
